Shall we summarize this quickly?

• Refusal to join the meetings
• When does join the meetings trolls and gets kicked out
• Recent official warning
• Has stated only wants rank for TS staff

That's just a few things, but the question is, do we want this on our staff team never mind the lead team?
This is far from what we want and Jim Jam has got what is due to him after his recent actions, or should we say lack off actions.

I'm unsure. If you did actually get your activity - which I'l check later - then I agree with you. However, you haven't attended more meetings than just the last two, so that's just a blatant lie. But you did do your SA duties this week except for not attending the meeting, which is actually part of being Lead Team.

If you did indeed get your activity then I agree with you that you should be un-demoted, but if not then I'm afraid I'll have to agree with Max and Xnator.

If he gets the bare minimum of what he has to do as SA that should be enough, if it isn't you should raise how much work for the server you have to do instead of expecting people to do things like this. Also I believe the Xnator has been staff on different servers for "the badge on ts and the ingame rank" sorry to use you as an example bud.
Now if someone can go for staff on a server etc and they still get what they have to done only to keep their badge or what ever that should be fine as long as he gets what he is mean't to done.

All I want to say is, if you guys expect more out of your SA's "as someone once told me" approach them and encourage them to do more for the server and as some Head admins on TTT you must not of been doing that correctly, yes you may have said "Try and do more for TTT yadayadayada" this is not how it should be, interact with your staff members more, play with them more and help them instead of giving them a cheap 1 minute sentence to read.

The meeting is compulsory for lead team members.
