TOPIC: [TTT] Demotion Appeal

Reason - Not going to meetings or doing much in general
Server - TTT
Story - I was demoted to admin for "not doing much"
Proof - N/A
Extra information - I highly disagree with the demotion reason, I had my activity this week and went on the server many times throughout my time as SA to anticheat people that staff have reported to me (I actually banned a hacker earlier today). I have trained someone earlier this week when no other leadteam member was available too. As for not going to the meetings, I have never missed a meeting besides the last three. I was even planning on attending the one today but Max banned me from the meeting for some reason. So yeah, I disagree with the reason and I hope the LT can see this and give me my rank back, as I deserve it.

However out of 10 lead team members only 2 were active and out of those 2, 1 was demoted for "not doing much". Sorry for the callout bois, I think it is a valid point to raise. I also understand some of them have an inactivity post.

yeah the lead team can fuck right off if this is a demote reason why arent half the staff team on every server demoted

Completely refuses to come to the meetings every week, absolutely no care for the server, only stayed as a Super Admin "to be above everyone in TS"

Okay so you refuse to come to the meeting repeatedly we move you as we believed you could help us with something but instead completely trolled the meeting this is the point where I said don't bother coming back as it was clear you did not want to come the meeting in anyway.

You have for the longest time done a lacking of well anything on the server. This demotion was perfectly valid. You were already given an official warning yet did not improve.

You did a pretty half assed job as an SA from what I can see by the lead team resposnes here, you have little care for the server and didn't bother to attend lead team meetings.
