- OneNote: While talking to Richard, he had written it down into the OneNote because that's what we use as LT to keep track.

So kindly do not blame me for not informing anyone. I really like you but this just sounds like targetting at this point, which makes me feel kind of disappointed...

Hope you and the people who failed to check my notices will take the responsibility as mature people would do.

As stated in earlier posts above that it was my fault, that I did not double-check over the OneNote while we were discussing yourself with regards to your saction, however, as the saction was applied later down the line, technically, you failed to contact us to inform us that you were unable to complete your duties which lead to the demotion of your SA rank. Your sanction was not solely based on just your inactivity it was based on other items of which were messaged to yourself over discord

As you are aware, we will discuss the appeal in the Murder meeting and an outcome of the result will be posted.

Joshua literally did the same thing the other day. I brought valid points, he agreed, denied them, and actually ended up just leaving the argument…

Hold one where does it say that in the demotions policy? And even if that was there (since of course its common sense to tell if you are going on inactivity)...

Revine had told you before the sanction was even given that she was going on inactivity so the sanction for activity shouldn't have even been given in the first place, or at the very least it should have been given following Revine's return from inactivity. No matter how this goes, its the LT's fault for not realizing she was going on inactivity not once, but twice, since she told you even before the sanction that she wouldn't be home.

TLDR; I feel that you have used Murder SA rank to obtain a TS3 Staff Rank, and when contacted regarding your activity, you stated inactivity on four accounts, you were also racist and using homophobic slurs on the TTT Server, when questioned about it when we dragged you in, you did not state that you were sorry nor, did we get an apology, but we didn't punish you for it as you said that yourself and your friends were being harassed. Still, three days are later, you then made a disgusting racist joke... I would want to personally see a massive improvement in your attitude and the way how you handle situations with regards to racism ( at ZARP, we do not accept racism, we take it very seriously when a report comes in, and we review all evidence and reasoning behind and come up with a resolution. )

ah yes I will be going to a foreign country so I will be on inactivity but I can still fulfill my sanction (playing the server)

I've read this and basically the Murder LT slapped to much on the wrist with Revine.
I'd like to ask on the days she was racist, why weren't there punishments out handled? Especially if you guys believed she wasn't even 'sorry' for what she has said.

Recently some people got brought up for demotion after saying racist or breaking other rules like scamming on servers were they weren't staff on. This punishment should've been instantly brought up. In my opinion things were poorly communicated in the Murder Channel if im correc. The OneNote had barely even the up-to-date sheets, in my opinion the inacivity of Revine was poorly communicated,
All I can say by reading most of the threads is that the LT had horrible communication; something that we even mentioned alot in SSRP. Back when I was Murder Staff I also had those experiences.

What an unfunny joke. Christ almighty. First off I can't help but chuckle at the fact its codabro informing revine about racism secondly joining in on racist jokes. Its in the fucking sentence you sage and onion sausage, A JOKE that clearly had multiple parties involved. I don't think a single good staff member from mod to owner hasn't made a racist joke at one point in time, get over yourself and learn to not take second hand offence (your be happier for it). For the f slur on TTT who took offence to it? If someone did take actual offence to a word send em my way so I can help them live a happier life.

I don't really care for getting involved in the drama around this demotion but just saying that racist "jokes" can still oppress minorities and make them feel just as small as actual racism. In fact, when people are racist so casually that can have more damage than calling someone a slur as it can make a minority feel like it is just a day to day thing that they now have to put up with made even worse that people will defend this form of racism and laugh along with it because they feel its ok.

Perhaps instead of telling people not to be offended on others behalf you should rethink your personal opinions on things and not tell people how they should deal with oppression, especially since you are a white straight male and therefore not a minority.

Although there is a discrimination policy there are ways to bend the rules with it (literally just DM them on discord/Call them) and as Stewie says we've all said fucked up shit at one point its better to take it on the chin and move on you learn that after being called X,Y and Z for the 100th time the word loses all its power if you give it non and as for the demotion due to inactivity I really can't wrap my head around the murder LT wanted her to be more clear about this she stated two times in a meeting, Richard put it in the one-note and another thing I've forgotten after reading 4 pages of this.
