I will just comment on this appeal, since I can't handle it:

Since hitting people with your car deals "armor damage", it still is against the rules, as outlined in rule 3.1. According to Jaffar, you've continuosly used your vehicle with the intention to hit other players. You have been verbally warned multiple times leading up to your warning.

As far as I know, Jaffar did nothing wrong in this situation. If you think otherwise, please let me know.

It's only a single warning, you're gonna end up making it unnecessarily worse for yourself if you cause a problem over this

How is it disabled if it still damages people?

We already spoke about removing the CDM rules and it was decided to leave them as they were because they still do damage to armour. You could even ask DEAD personally.

It’s still a valid rule at this point so you can’t shift the blame onto anybody else because Kyber is responsible for his actions; he broke the rule.

You're completely missing the point. Just because CDM was "disabled" in the changelog doesen't mean it's not a thing anymore. It still deals "armor damage" and therefore is still a rule. It has never been removed from the rules. Additionally, as I have repeated multiple times now, Jaffar verbally warned him multiple times, before handing out an actual warning.

These "bs excuses" are facts.

Your argument both makes no sense and is not relevant to the situation, as kos reasons have nothing to do with the cdm rule...

How does my argument make no sense. Cdm was disabled meaning no deaths can happen via a car? Thus allowing drivers to drive without car knowing they can not do harm to people how is it the players fault it does 1 armour point of damage. I do not understand how you can warn someone for driving down the road when the staff have done everything to remove the cars from effecting roleplay? Another example of this would be for you to warn me whenever you see me in a vehicle because I can assure you I have always hit at least one person everytime I have got in my car yet I have never been f1ed or warned for this so why now? Yes a cdm rule might be wrote down but effectively how can you enforce a rule that was 1) main purpose has been disabled and 2) show the intent of someone driving "recklessly" when 95% of players openly stand in roads meaning if you attempt to drive a vehicle you will hit someone.

My argument makes SENSE it's just you're too determined you are in the right when in fact this is the most amount of bullshit I have seen in a while when it comes to petty excuses to warn a user.

doing 1 point of armor damage shouldn't result in a warn, seems a bit extreme tbh

like no one can ever die from CDM, so why even bother enforcing it

I sometimes question your staffing ability for example:
When in game your were shouting "jugger". I asked you what it meant and you said it is a Canadian word for the n-word

If you want staff again you really need to get your act together.

Alright, this will be my last post on the matter, since I don't want to make this thread unnecessarily long.

You don't have to damage players to break the CDM rule(s), as damage is completely irrelevant to the rule itself. The rule was added to forbid damaging / killing other players, but you don't have to actually damage them in order to break the rule. Simply hitting them is already counted as CDM.

Although the rule's main purpose has mostly been patched out, there are still some remnants (armor damage) of it's original purpose. Therefore it has been decided that the rule is still in place. Although it's mostly not enforced, it still is a rule and is punishable. Under normal circumstances, you wouldn't get warned for it, but Jaffar claims that he has verbally warned Kyber multiple times leading up to his warning, which in turn makes the warning an appropriate measure. As far as I know, there is no proof on either side to show what really happened, so that is the story we have to go with, as the burden of proof lies on Kyber in this situation.

We're not questioning the rule itself in this thread. The sole purpose of this thread is to figure out, if the warning was justified. If you really feel the need to discuss this further, feel free to contact me on steam / discord. You'll find all neccesary information in my signature.

What is he verbally warning him for exactly boss man? If he had effected the staff or player in anyway you have measures already implemented such as the /me to prevent the man from doing it again there is no need to even verbally warn players for driving cars due to the fact it can be solved easily without making a mess of the players rapsheets. This is just a lack of capability from the staff member not the user.

The fact they you are trying to say this is warn worthy is actually pathetic. The car deals such a tiny armor damage and can simply be dealt with an IN GAME /me. In my eyes this warn was given out of complete spite and should not of been done. The cdm rule should of always got removed but for some dumb reason didn't. If I was personally handling I would push for a unwarn for the circumstance.

This is dumb, the car does a stupidly small amount of armor damage, why would that warrant a warn?
Literally the player(s) hit by the car should do a /me as a form of self defense if they take damage, enforcing a rule such as CDM where it is not even possible to kill a player anymore is just a waste of peoples times.
Why do I feel that this mod is the only one of your staff members to warn for CDM when the rule isn't even needed anymore.
