I've just had a talk with Jaffar about your Appeal and was told that you did, in-fact, use your car to hit people even after several verbal warnings have been issued by Jaffar himself, yet, both him and I came to the mutual agreement to accept this Appeal and lift your punishment. Some of the stuff i wanted to say as well was diligently summed up by Martin...
