Cdm was disabled meaning no deaths can happen via a car? Thus allowing drivers to drive without car knowing they can not do harm to people how is it the players fault it does 1 armour point of damage. I do not understand how you can warn someone for driving down the road when the staff have done everything to remove the cars from effecting roleplay? Another example of this would be for you to warn me whenever you see me in a vehicle because I can assure you I have always hit at least one person everytime I have got in my car yet I have never been f1ed or warned for this so why now? Yes a cdm rule might be wrote down but effectively how can you enforce a rule that was 1) main purpose has been disabled and 2) show the intent of someone driving "recklessly" when 95% of players openly stand in roads meaning if you attempt to drive a vehicle you will hit someone.
