Admins Name - Who banned you/who might it be? XSwordPlayZ
Reason - What is/might be the reason that you got banned? recent warns + "raiding" as a miner
Server - What server did you get banned from? server 3
Time - How long were you banned for? 4Days
Story - What happened? I was scanning with my scan master the map then i've found a printer then i was on his roof then he cames then kill me back, everything is fine but : i got warned beacause of : Raiding as a miner but he says that scanning is raiding but i didn't know that and i re readed the rules about raiding and there was nothing about that, yes i was in miner tho but i didn't wanted to raid him + i how can i know that it is his propriety if i'm on the roof if there is any signs + i was on the roof so how can i know who is owning the door or even see the door
Proof - Any proof on a video/screenshot that clearly show what happened? i don't have any proofs or records but i still have a screen shot of our discution in my console
Extra Information - Any thing you think may be relevant to your ban. Please make the /rules more complete with ALL THE RULES

It’s considered raiding as the use for scan master is to find either printers or hits (You’re not cop so there was no reason for you to look for wanted people.) I would never warn for it myself as it’s quite petty and just generally unneeded warn when a simple word could solve the whole problem but then again you had recent punishments. Scanning with a scan master is not raiding, it's not a weapon and it's not punishable for you to scan a base as a non-raiding job. If you decide to try raid it though by attacking people, blowing stuff up etc you'll get in trouble though. And unless things have been changed since before stealing printers just lying around isn't considered raiding either. Hey TheSavage,

After talking to the staff member that issued your punishment, I've decided to deny this appeal. XSwordPlayZ said, that you've entered his property without his permission and made an active attempt to find the exact location of his valuables by using your S.C.A.N Master 5000 and a special suit. This is considered raiding and therefore your punishment is valid and (since you had three recent warnings and a recent ban at the time) justified.
