After talking to the staff member that issued your punishment, I've decided to deny this appeal. XSwordPlayZ said, that you've entered his property without his permission and made an active attempt to find the exact location of his valuables by using your S.C.A.N Master 5000 and a special suit. This is considered raiding and therefore your punishment is valid and (since you had three recent warnings and a recent ban at the time) justified.
