It’s considered raiding as the use for scan master is to find either printers or hits (You’re not cop so there was no reason for you to look for wanted people.)
I would never warn for it myself as it’s quite petty and just generally unneeded warn when a simple word could solve the whole problem but then again you had recent punishments.
