When are you guys gonna open the CM applications?

We usually open the Community Manager applications every 6 - 12 months, depending on the amount of likely candidates and the current need for new team members. We're currently not planning to open them in the near future!

Are there gonna be any new Server released anywhere in the future? (2021?)

We have been looking into the possibility of switching over to discord for a while now but we haven't quite made the commitment yet. You can expect to hear some news about this at some point in the near future, but for now we're still holding staff meetings, trainings, etc. on teamspeak!

1 - What is the community teams current plan to boost the player count(s), as it seems the player count(s) across the board have been pretty low I’m sure discussions have been happening about it and if not them maybe now is the time?

2- Would possibly bringing back community council be on the community team’s mind to help get ideas flowing, help address more problems across all servers?

Are we gonna see a return of the ZARP Roadmap❔ And why was it removed from our viewing❔

We are constantly working on improving the standing of our servers by adding new content and working together with the lead teams to identify reasons why players might lose interest. One of our biggest focus points now is to make the servers more appealing to new players by eg. making SSRP newbie-friendly and reducing the size of our content downloads on Pointshop. We've introduced the roadmap earlier this year as an attempt at improving our communication and transparency regarding updates. After a few months we've slowly realized quite a few flaws with this approach. A roadmap system locks the development team into "hard" schedules and gives us less flexibility overall. It's harder than you might think to plan out most of the content updates over a whole year without promising too much or accidentally promising a feature that might get scrapped later on due to community feedback / a better idea. How are you guys planning to bring back more players to the murder server? l as I've not seen a update in a while.

In previous Community Team Meeting Outcomes, you guys have been hinting at new server(s) being in development. I'm curious as to why, fundamentally creating new servers is the approach you guys are taking when I feel there would be more success in an approach of focusing all attention on current servers and projects rather than spreading your resources. I understand it's a good way to gauge potential and work ethic of future CM prospects, but I feel you could also gauge that via developing current servers rather than making new ones.

Is there any chance that the new servers that you will be releasing in the near future as you mentioned will include Jailbreak?

We are indeed actively working on new servers - however this doesn't mean we will put less effort into the work on our existing servers. Working on new servers (both in terms of development and general planning) is mostly done by the future Server Owners. We are mostly there to support them if they have major issues and guide them in their decisions. The Community Team and the other Server Owners still have a lot of time to focus on improving their existing servers. Rest assured, we have great plans for SSRP and the Pointshop Servers!
