To the people complaining this will only lead to rushed F1s or people fighting over them, think about why this was made. Spoder has made it clear he notices people refusing to do f1s as is or passing them off. Sure, people should not have to be incentivized to do a job they volunteered for, but this is a not a perfect world. At least with this, the problem staff might have an extra reason to offer help. If these staff do rush the f1s and show their faults, I imagine they'll be reported and dealt with soon enough.
