TOPIC: Morgan and Bruce Abuse report

Keep in mind "You're not allowed to pay people to place hits as a Hitman this will be considered failrp."

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Bruce placed a hit on me while i was mining in hopes i would lose my pick so he could sell me another, i holestered in time and didnt lose it. He then waited and placed another, both times him and morgan both ran in simultaneously for the hit. The second time, the hit that made me lose my diamond pick, there was an advert about someone selling a diamond pick, the advert happened IMMEDIATELY after my death, and it was by non other then bruce.

What server(s) was this on?: SSRP 1

Those two (and a few more) were the reasons I stopped playing on ZARP. And you can't blame me for it either, who would want to play on a server with two high ranking staff members that just troll and break rules with no punishment because they are the "law". Even though I doubt it will happen because of the friendships between these two and higher ups, I would like to see some kind of action be taken against adminges.

Also just because someone is trying to have fun in a way doesn't mean they need to be demoted, but maybe if they're breaking rules they will be talked to and possibly demoted.

Howdy skater, I have looked over your screenshots and your story and have come to the conclusion that the chat in the screenshots doesn't really prove that he broke the rules... Morgan has said that it was him and Bruce 'doing it' but that doesn't necessarily mean that they did it illegally. There is no proof that Morgan was asking Bruce or paying Bruce to place a hit on you. I will wait for Morgan or Bruce to reply to this and see what he will say before anything can happen about this.

If you take anything from this, please reconsider what im about to say. I confront Morgan and say I know what is going on, I say he is having bruce place the hits. And he replies with "Yeah me and bruce did it but i forgot you were in my gang haha go banker" (that there is already convicting himself IMO ) even after the first hit i told him we are in a the gang and its against gang rules, plus its in my name, he completely disregarded that to follow through with the plan, how else could someone be so oblivious to the many signs ive given him about us being in a gang, before hand I just brushed it off, ok cool he made a mistake. Then i went back to mining. But you know that the second time it happens there is something else going on.

But who am i kidding, Ive provided my evidence with my take on it, if you guys want to be biased in the way of him, i cant change that.

I never paid Bruce to change to Hitman. I became a hitman, and killed players with hits on their heads. I told you to go to banker and said sorry because I realised you were in my gang and that I broke a gang rule. This happened two times over the course of 30 minutes, there was a hit placed on you and I claimed it, and both times I refunded you as I forgot you were a fellow gang member. In one of your screenshots, I pmed you saying "I'll pay you" this is where I realized you were in MS-13 after I killed you when you had a hit.

Judging by your previous posts on this report it sounds like you're wanting me to get in trouble with my gang, I refunded you but if you'd still like to have this dealt with speak with other committee members or make a post on the MS-13 gang thread.

For more clarification, I broke a gang rule twice, and refunded you for it around a week ago, don't know why this report is coming out so late but, I apologize for killing you in the mines again. It was an honest mistake and I forgot you were in my gang. There were no server rules broken.
