The rule you're quoting is the "Bribing" rule.



I never paid Bruce to change to Hitman, I went hitman, and killed players with hits on their heads. I told you to go to banker and said sorry because I realised you were in my gang and that I broke a gang rule, not a server rule. This happened two times over the course of 30 minutes, there was a hit placed on you and I claimed it, and both times I refunded you as I forgot you were a fellow gang member. Not sure how long ago this was, more than a week ago I believe.

Judging by your previous posts on this report it sounds like you're wanting me to get in trouble with my gang, I refunded you but if you'd still like to have this dealt with speak with other committee members or make a post on the MS-13 gang thread.
