Actually they didn't break any rules in this case because

1. Morgan can kill anyone even if they are in his gang.
2. Morgan can't see gangtags on top of players heads
Also just because someone is trying to have fun in a way doesn't mean they need to be demoted, but maybe if they're breaking rules they will be talked to and possibly demoted.

If that quote didnt make sense, its the rules that don't make any sense as it was quoted straight out of the rules, He CANT kill in gang, but that is just a gang rule, he also can, and i know for a fact CAN see gangtags, especially when its IN my name, and just like what was quoted out of the rules, paying for someone to put a hit is failrp, therefor breaking rules

I just re-read the quote and understood it, since it's a gang rule nothing can be done about that. For the hitman paying someone to place hits im not gonna put anything since im not a staff member of zarp.

It used to be a server rule.
