I've been on SSRP for almost 3 years now with pauses - 1200+ hours (on all 3 servers combined)

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Its been rough time i must admit, hard to catch rule breakers as an moderator, and i feel like it would be much easier withadmin powers, with phys gun freeze and much more, but also am having lots of fun and i really enjoyed the last meeting, that's something that i can experience more as an staff member on zarp that i really like, but i've learned lots as moderator, and realised its not easy to handle the responsibility of being a staff member, but i learn more every day, and it got much easier now, i feel really ready for the higher rank.


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

I remember at late time when not much players are on, i was the only staff member and 4-5 players started mass rdming on the spawn i froze the ones that i was sure were rdming and told them to stop that and that was the verbal warrning from me, but 2 players just left trying to avoid the punishment, one came back later i warned him for avoiding the punishment but he just left again

i also had trouble with freezing the player when they have a name like tons of others, and i need to search for them in the tab for steam id, with almost full server, it makes me a bit slow and i know the phys gun would make that just much easier


if you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

/warn [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can warn people to using that. If he get 3 warns, he will get kick. If he gets 4 warns, he will get a ban for 1 hour.

/goto [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can go players to using that.

/tp [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can teleport players to using that.

/back [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can teleport back players to using that.

/freeze [Name] or [Steam ID] - You can freeze players to using that.

Hello (player) I see it's your first ban and you got perma banned. I'll give you a second chance, I changed your ban to 2 weeks ( or unban depending on what he did ) learn from your mistakes and follow the rules!



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I think i should be chosen because i have been a mod before also, and ill be honest its a bit rough without the admin tools as i explained earlier, i have also been in zarp community for almost 3 years, but yet for some reason i have never applied for the admin in ssrp, but i am hoping to get accepted and help the ssrp have a great christmas again without rulebreakers, and with this new powers i think i can increase my f1's even better and stop the rulebreakers, i have few people supporting me on this and i guess we will see now on the forums and what the lead team thinks! cheers and merry xmas!

Don't we you a lot mostly afk but when your not your doing f1s and I love a mod who only does f1s

Needs more experience as a Moderator. You also need to stop being afk. Everytime i see you online, you're afk. If you're not home, You shouldn't stay online just to get things sold. You just farm activity on the server.

Do more f1's. I never see you doing any.

activity does not count if you have 0 kills, so just selling afk stuff wont be the ''farming activity''

Ffs don't Resign because of what people say u can afk all the time u want and ill go afk 24 hours tommorw to prove that point for you ! Just revoke it you are a great staff member !

Don't resign, take your admin app up here again. You can't resign. You will be an adminge.
