i like my buy cheap/ sell overpriced method and that sometimes requires having more active shop, i leave the shop open even when am not home or when i am sleeping, but it looks like you cant afk as an staff member at all so ill just resign (even tho i did my fair number of f1's, and everything else that has been asked from a staff member) that's all, cheers!
