TOPIC: resignation [SSRP]

back when i first got my official warning i was told by some members of the community to resign and considered it but didnt think of it much as i just decided to appeal it, it got denied so i contacted the LT just to be completely ignored, told they couldnt even do anything despite it saying discuss it with LT and finally had a LT member repeat the same thing i had said several times was false then be told i was arguing so they would no longer respond to me and told i must have amnesia or dementia if i dont remember being told i need f1's (dont have proof since they edited the message)

I still don't understand why you got an official when you do proper f1s rather than the other staff who will insta take stuck f1s and end up getting 40 to inflate their numbers. As evilstewie said on your appeal if you make an F1 for rdm or any reason that takes any actual effort it will go un noticed for hours but they still choose to take issue with the new staff member who is struggling to get the minimum in the first week they are expected to do so. Hopefully your resignation will cause some sort of reform or at least a statement from the Lt on their priorities but I highly doubt it.

I understand what you mean here, I've been pressing F1 whenever an F1 is made at a normal rate and they're instantly taken!
It's literally impossible to get an F1 unless you spam it, and even if you do it'll be less than 20 Likely I think they should make the F1 count 10 - 15 max it's honestly just becoming more and more effort and stress to get F1s nowadays I was spamming F1 to get F1s like three weeks ago now that I have stopped people just seem to be F1 farming not in the actual sense of them going out of there way to tell someone to make an F1 when they need help, But just in the sense that they are literally sweating in real life as soon as a F1 is made, they make it seem like the hunger games or Last Man Standing just for F1s on a video game that you are volunteering to be staff on the F1 count all in all is pretty stupid.

Fucking mad you had staff tell you that shit, completely unnaceptable! As someone who suffers from occasional, and sometimes severe memory loss (not amnesia tho) it hurts me that people will throw this shit around so easily

Good move for you! The whole thing seems fucked and you deserve better than being told that from a lead team member who seems to think his position means he can act however he wants...

I think it's time for the Lead Team to have a say in the matter in question - If everyone else managed to get >10 F1's then surely it wouldn't have been an issue for you to achieve the same F1 count (or above), but instead, you had an average of 5 F1's per week throughout the whole month of March.

And even now, after the update has been released and after you managed to get your sound back, you still haven't been fulfilling your duties adequately. And before you say everyone was taking F1's and that there weren't enough on the server for you to take, I'd like to stop you right there and imply that this would be extremely false - As I, along with a few other LT members were pinging staff (in the Discord in which you claim to be very active) to do F1's as there were almost always 2-3 F1's just sitting unhandled for longer periods of time, every day, in the last week - In addition, the #staff-channel was pinged multiple times, and we told people to come on... Yet you wouldn't bother.



You were on no activity this week nor have you informed us of any issues recently. We make it extremely clear to staff that failing to meet the requirement results in consequences.

The reason why I'm bringing this week up is because it exactly represents the way you've been "fulfilling" your duties the previous ones. You rarely join the server, and when you do, it doesn't last long - As you can see in the last image within the spoiler, the last time you logged on was almost 4 days ago - This is, unfortunately, the way you've been staffing on SSRP ever since you got accepted.

The message about amnesia/dementia was NOT meant to be insulting based on any mental health-related issues or as a personal insult towards you. What was said was taken out of context, and the situation has been greatly over-exaggerated.

I'm replying on this thread on behalf of the SSRP LT collectively, and we are rather saddened to see you depart in such terms. If you do decide to come back, we will welcome you back with arms wide open. We appreciate what you've done so far for the community, and we sincerely hope you come to change your mind.
