I still don't understand why you got an official when you do proper f1s rather than the other staff who will insta take stuck f1s and end up getting 40 to inflate their numbers. As evilstewie said on your appeal if you make an F1 for rdm or any reason that takes any actual effort it will go un noticed for hours but they still choose to take issue with the new staff member who is struggling to get the minimum in the first week they are expected to do so. Hopefully your resignation will cause some sort of reform or at least a statement from the Lt on their priorities but I highly doubt it.
