Staff might be currently having lots if situations, and sometimes patience is needed. Furthermore what you should be doing is gather the enough amount of evidence, and either make a ban request or wait for your F1 to be handled. So you're looking for quantity over quality? You're contradicting with your title. There are great staff members. If a staff member is having trouble with something, they may ask and might improve on that. If a staff member is continuously doing the same mistakes, that's why there's demotions. If someone's not doing their job right, they are really unlikely to get away with it.
Sure, the staff team had brighter moments, but it's not in such a bad situation for a mass demotion to take place.
You also haven't provided any proof to back up your claims.
