TOPIC: {SSRP} Rule Suggestion

Server Name: ZARP DARKRP 1&2
Suggestion Title: RP home signs.
How would it benefit the server: It allows someone to build a base and live in it without being raided, some people just like to build and make something look nice, maybe an admin wants to do f1s but just wants to create something for when they return, also people could build some great structures and make them suitable for different jobs like a church for a priest or a mayor's mansion. If people have nothing to hide or just don't desire to make money via raidable entities like printers. I think it would also benefit the server because it allows people to develop their roleplay character.
Potential Issues/Exploits: None really because textscreens are a thing that people can clearly see and everyone understands what a building sign is, but people may try to hide printers and take advantage of the immunity to raiding this can be solved by checking bases every now and again but people will begin to understand this rule very fast because of its effective simplicity.
Additional notes: This is like a building sign but it allows fading doors but no entities other than health and armour chargers, it will allow people to base safely and roleplay to their heart's content and have a good time, it also offers a relaxing experience for admin's after doing the f1s and having time away from the action, sometimes it is hard to enjoy the servers because of constant milkoring of your base etc and would stop that from happening by showing the raiders you can look but not touch. This system is also used in the Friendly Players DARKRP server and works perfectly, it also allows people to chill a little.

Simple solution, Just keep a building sign up and if you don't have anything in it to raid such as printers you have nothing to worry about. If you a "House or Home" sign which you want so people don't raid you you wouldn't be allowed to have them raidable entities anyways so then you could just go back to using a building sign. Your allowed any kind of doors or what ever kinda building you want as long as you have a building sign the only thing you can't have that you mentioned was the armour and health charger but you could just go to the npcs.

I will look more in to your suggestion though.

Thank you for the opinions, but RedPowder, It would be better to have an RP sign other than a building sign because building is much longer and looks uglier on a textscreen, also literally, this would take so little effort to add to the rules and doesn't require effort from you, Chute, EMP or DCX. I would literally write the rule myself so that it took as little effort as possible, but on my side i would write the rule in great detail and with as much effort as humanly possible.

Nonetheless, it should be added because RP sign would mean enterable but not raidable and building meant no entering, no raiding. I saw this used within the Friendly Players community (as i mentioned) and it works perfectly and people understand the difference between the different signs (building and RP).

Regarding the armour and health chargers, i was unsure about these as friendly players doesn't have them so i had no other idea on whether i could use them or not.

To summarize, i think that despite everything that you said and all the valid points you disscussed, you should really consider this as it is different to a building sign in few ways and offers things and possibilities that the building sign doesn't, business to name one, usually a building sign means go away i'm building whereas the RP sign means this house is for the development of my/your character and you can come on in.

Great idea HGX! I have seen lots of homes and churches even made some myself, a welcoming sign such as this would be really suitable. I sometimes like to sit and build a home just for the design and nice looks.

5.7 RP House Sign - Do not raid buildings with [ RP HOUSE ] signs, if you believe they have illegals get an admin to check. If you are found with illegals and have a sign, you will be punished. The sign should read [ RP HOUSE ] without the brackets any other version or spelling will be considered raid-able. You are NOT allowed to have raid-able entities in your base this includes any health or armor chargers.
