Thank you for the opinions, but RedPowder, It would be better to have an RP sign other than a building sign because building is much longer and looks uglier on a textscreen, also literally, this would take so little effort to add to the rules and doesn't require effort from you, Chute, EMP or DCX. I would literally write the rule myself so that it took as little effort as possible, but on my side i would write the rule in great detail and with as much effort as humanly possible.

Nonetheless, it should be added because RP sign would mean enterable but not raidable and building meant no entering, no raiding. I saw this used within the Friendly Players community (as i mentioned) and it works perfectly and people understand the difference between the different signs (building and RP).

Regarding the armour and health chargers, i was unsure about these as friendly players doesn't have them so i had no other idea on whether i could use them or not.

To summarize, i think that despite everything that you said and all the valid points you disscussed, you should really consider this as it is different to a building sign in few ways and offers things and possibilities that the building sign doesn't, business to name one, usually a building sign means go away i'm building whereas the RP sign means this house is for the development of my/your character and you can come on in.
