Suggestion Title:
Development competitions

How would it benefit the server:
It will give more ideas to the community and maybe add new things to add to the servers (Helps to the cm team)

Potential Issues/Exploits:
The person does not want to have the responsibility for developer rank or server owner.

Additional notes:
Give them a challenge and after that maybe reward the competitors that got an idea got added
