Suggestion Title:
Implementation of a Radio Spawner Tool.

How would it benefit the server:
By implementing the mentioned tool, we would automatically be enhancing the RP experience.

The most special thing about this Addon is that you can insert an URL of the song you want to play, and also the display is working and people can actually use it, it has many options.

This tool would be available for Users who are using the Radio Manager job, and Head Administrators too. There are different variants of "Radios" that you can spawn such as the ones in the following pictures:




Features: (Copied from the Steam Workshop).
• Server-side playlists
• Playlist browser built into entity
• Playlist support for *.pls, *.m3u, *.json and *.vdf
• Playlist support for these addons: MX Radio, Web Radio
• Model support for these addons: [NM] Prop Pack, Fallout 3 Jukebox Model, Minecraft SWEP
• Built-in playlist editor
• Wiremod support (inputs and outputs, advanced wiremod support when the optional gm_bass3[facepunch.com] is installed on the server.)
• 3D world sound, which can be turned off
• Customizable GUI colors
• Multiple radio models
• FFT Spectrum visualizer and music animated models
• CPPI support
• Duplicator support
• Supports local files (inside the ".../garrysmod/sound/" folder)
• Clientside performance settings
• An API for developers (Documentation, a kind of[xp-dev.com]).

Potential Issues/Exploits:
People using it to break one of the following rules:
• 1.1 Discrimination - Discrimination in any form(racism, sexism, prejudicial remarks, xenophobia) is strictly prohibited on our servers.
• 2.4 Prop Abuse - The use of a prop to harm, push or surf is not allowed.
• 4.4 Obstacles - Player built obstacles that impede player movement are not allowed.
• 4.11 Entities - Do not store entities in inaccessible areas of the map.

I honestly think this is a great idea but ther would be way to much 1.1 and stuff going on, I think this idea would be great if you put restricted mode on the URL’s but I’m pretty sure that blocks a lot of random stuff so it would be really bad if no staff was on and someone was breaking rules with it, if there’s a way to prevent 1.1 I’m all in for it but I’m not sure if it’s possible, so I guess it’s up to everyone else if they want to deal with it and hand punishments more.

Great suggestion, In my opinion there aren't any bad things that could happen, it's literally the same thing as playing stuff through your mic but instead just in game... If anyone played racist stuff then it's the same punishment as if you were to do it in voice chat...

I feel with this addition maybe it could be edited and some song URLs could be banned, to prevent rule 1.1, from happening as frequently

This is a great suggestion, since i've noticed many new players used to complain about not being able to place down a radio.
But we can't fully prevent users playing RACIST songs.
And what i mean by racist songs, i mean songs such as "swiggity swag" or other dumb shit songs played on streams to troll streamers.

In my opinion we should be able to play songs containing racial slurs.
In order to allow that we should integrate a tolerance.
I've made a suggestion a while ago after seeing Kapi's about that.
Clarky clearly said they will never tolerate that in the community.
I don't really understand, since the rap songs are publicly shared, and if someone can get offended by racial slurs, they just won't click on it since there's explicit content advisors.

I know what i'm writing right now is kinda off topic but racial slurs in rap songs will clearly be a major issue if radio gets added in game.
That's why i'm suggesting something to allow that with a tolerance system or something else.

Provided this did not have any significant performance hits to the server, I'd be OK with it however I think it would require extensive testing to ensure it wouldn't lag out the server.
