Suggestion Title:
Implementation of a Radio Spawner Tool.

How would it benefit the server:
By implementing the mentioned tool, we would automatically be enhancing the RP experience.

The most special thing about this Addon is that you can insert an URL of the song you want to play, and also the display is working and people can actually use it, it has many options.

This tool would be available for Users who are using the Radio Manager job, and Head Administrators too. There are different variants of "Radios" that you can spawn such as the ones in the following pictures:

• Server-side playlists
• Playlist browser built into entity
• Playlist support for *.pls, *.m3u, *.json and *.vdf
• Playlist support for these addons: MX Radio, Web Radio
• Model support for these addons: [NM] Prop Pack, Fallout 3 Jukebox Model, Minecraft SWEP
• Built-in playlist editor
• Wiremod support (inputs and outputs, advanced wiremod support when the optional gm_bass3[facepunch.com] is installed on the server.)
• 3D world sound, which can be turned off
• Customizable GUI colors
• Multiple radio models
• FFT Spectrum visualizer and music animated models
• CPPI support
• Duplicator support
• Supports local files (inside the ".../garrysmod/sound/" folder)
• Clientside performance settings
• An API for developers (Documentation, a kind of[xp-dev.com]).

Potential Issues/Exploits:
People using it to break one of the following rules:
• 1.1 Discrimination - Discrimination in any form(racism, sexism, prejudicial remarks, xenophobia) is strictly prohibited on our servers.
• 2.4 Prop Abuse - The use of a prop to harm, push or surf is not allowed.
• 4.4 Obstacles - Player built obstacles that impede player movement are not allowed.
• 4.11 Entities - Do not store entities in inaccessible areas of the map.
