TOPIC: Markus' Community Suggestion

Suggestion Title:
Community Council

How would it benefit the server:
This would benefit the server in many ways, But lets first talk about what this suggestion is doing.

This suggestion is basically saying there should be a small group of players for every server that take suggestions and worries that the community have, they will listen to what the players have to say and take it all into account and then forward it to the higher-ups after tidying up the suggestion/worry to make it suitable and professional.

How someone would achieve this role and what it would mean:
This would be a position that would have to be applied for similar to Forum mods and such.
The group would consist of ~5 players per server that have high activity, good behavior and a good stance in the community.
They would work alongside the current suggestion platform of the forums, however this would be a more direct method of getting the community suggestions and qualms forwarded to the LT directly.


Like any council they would hold a meeting with the LT to suggest these issues much like the LT meeting, however this would include a much more broad perspective on the server and would provide the communities with the feeling of ease knowing that they are being heard and much more importantly, listened too. They would be more frequent than the LT meetings as it would allow for more active issues the servers face to be heard sooner rather than later.
This would enable the communities to get their message across in a more calm way that would stop harassment of any kind towards high-ranking staff and would allow their message to be more clear and direct.
It would make the job of the LT a whole lot easier as it would allow them to focus on more serious and difficult challenges while still allowing the communities to make the suggestions and be heard!
This would greatly benefit the server as it would make the players feel like they are being listened to a whole lot more allowing for the servers to thrive and progress forward how the community wants; it would in turn allow for a more productive and calm work environment surrounding issues the servers have for the LT to fix.

Potential Issues/Exploits:
Possibly corruption or abuse of the communication between the groups and the LT?

Additional notes:
The role WOULD NOT receive any in-game powers or abilities
The role would receive an in-game tag and icon on their HUD much like the VIP banner and Icon. This would be to allow other players to easily identify these individuals among-st the crowd. Its icons could ones such as:
