Im not sure if it came across in the suggestion or i merely forgot to mention;
These users would be selected by applying for the position much like Forum staff, and then they would be looked at in either LT meetings or their own meeting. Their stance in the community, recent behavior and attitude would all be considered for the role.
However there would be a maximum amount of these candidates at a time to prevent the group from being saturated, I suggested about 5 players at any one time. A player could be removed from this group due to many things such as their actions, attitude or lack of activity.
