When I first started applying for SA on SSRP, I got told that I had to talk to Lead Team members more often, and I tried. Mostly I poke people and then I get ignored. There's only a few people that will move me in. I don't get how I can talk to talk to them whilst being ignored 6/10 times. I do prefer people to use normal channels if they're not doing anything important.
People need help sometimes and if they're being ignored then they might just ignore everything and the server(s) may become chaos.

It just proves users aren't the only ones who have the issues, staff do also get ignored when they need help from others..

Clearly you didn't read nor understand the suggestion then...

Just let people talk where they want to talk and with who, thats all I'm saying.

And if somebody pokes me about getting moved into the channel I'll move them when everybody agrees with it.
Also I wouldn't ignore another user or staff when they want to contact me about an issue when I'm in a spacer so I don't see a reason why you would want to prohibit me or others from using spacers.

If you still think I did not read your suggestion then please go ahead and explain it further.
