Suggestion Title:

Ban use of spacers for non private discussions.

How would it benefit the server:

It would allow the Temspeak to be more friendly towards those who are new.
Even easier to contact staff.
People using channels for what they were originally intended for.

Potential Issues/Exploits:

Users who are too scared to talk to new people can no longer hide in safe spacer (^{bad dum tsst})

Additional notes:

Force users and staff to use public channels unless they need to discuss a private or staff matter.

Sometimes I prefer to be in a private lobby as I don't get that occasional earrape from a random user, and it helps when you just want to talk to a small amount of people. People can ask to join if they want to go in.

Would love this addition, would encourage usage of the actual channels and allow users to integrate further into the whole community.

If users want to speak to us just ask and we will move you most of the time.

If you don't want to talk to someone you either report them and it gets dealt with or you don't go on the TS if you're not planning on talking to nobody.

It's a very good idea.
The spacers are a cancerous sometimes, this rule will clean up all that shit, and bring back the real utility of the spacers.
