How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: I have learned all the ulx commands along with how to use them correctly and for the right use , my relationship with other staff members has grown .
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I never hold crudges (on a personal or proffesional level) , my relationship with all staff members is great (or atleast i think so) , i've had previous experience as a lead team member (shut down non-zarp darkrp server) , i'm as active as posible and attend all the staff meetings
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I once warned the wrong person (because of the whole hagrid clan) when i realised i removed his aslay i apologised but there was no HA on to remove his warn so i had to save his id and then i forwarded it to Xnator and (i think) he removed it.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member: After reviewing the report and the evidence and found said staff member guilty i would reply with : Hello Player X thanks for submitting your report, after carefully reviewing it i have found staff member X guilty beyond reasonable doubt and he will be punished for his actions
If i dont find the member guilty i would reply with : Hello Player X thanks for submitting your report , after carefully reviewing it i have come to the conclution that staff member X is innocent due to lack of evidence or because he did nothing wrong.

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would talk to that staff member and make sure he understands for how long a person should be banned depending on their actions and adjust the players ban to what it should have been like.If the staff member continues this behavior he will be punished accordingly.

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? I would talk to the staff member link him to the Staff Ethos page and explain to him how he should treat other players , if he continues to treat others in a bad manners he will be punished for it.

I would handle it like any other report (player-player) and if the staff member is found guilty he will be punished but if he's found inocent then the staff member that accused him will be verbaly warned.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would bring of them on a private chat ( teamspeak or other) and make sure they resolve their argument in an apropriate manner and make sure they dont involve others in their argument.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would link that staff member with the rules and demand he learns them all , after 1-2 days i will bring on teamspeak (without any warning) and demand he has a pop quiz with ofcourse the rules i would bring up different situations regarding different rules and see if he knows them . If he does then he is let go . If he doesnt then he will be punished.
