In my eyes you've still got a bit of a shaky grasp of the correct punishments for each situation, as there was an incident where you kicked someone for trying to explain a word in admin chat, when it was used in a non-offensive context.

In the same situation you failed to properly understand that staff can decide on their punishments. (within reason/the Ethos)

You need some more experience in my opinion.
