Due to our different time zones I can't comment on you ingame for the most part, but something to definitely improve on is your presence in the meetings. You should give your opinions and make yourself more noticeable bc that is something you need to be able to do and atm I don't notice you in meetings enough. That is all I have for you to improve atm but maybe I can comment on ingame if we are ever able to play at the same time!
