Previously I was adamant on Onion not being given the rank however his recent behaviour shows me that he seems to have changed a bit for the better in regards to his level of maturity, on the other hand whether this level of maturity will be maintained in the future or simply dropped after a promotion is still an uncertainty for me and thus I cannot fully support this application. Likewise I also believe that there are other applicants who are currently more suited to the position and will likely do a better job. Some areas to work on could be patience in sits and rather than only listening to players during F1s it may be better for you to listen to players all the time ingame. What I mean by this is that constantly while ingame players will say "Onion!" or "Roy!" and the staff would just run away during rp, this discourages players from talking to staff and gives an bad look to the staff team even if your rping. So yeah thats my thoughts on some stuff, take what you will from it and I wish you the best of luck!

Onion! You are a great guy and a great Super Admin. Your attitude has changed quite a lot recently which is a good thing because before you were quite immature and unproffessional. You have been a good role model for the staff team and i feel like you would be a great HA. The only negative i have (not really a negative but) is that fact that Chummy is applying and i really do believe he deserves this rank more than you. Yes you have been the rank longer and may do your job but he does an outstanding amount of effort for the servers which i jjust personally see him being HA first. Best of luck to you though!

Firstly I'd like to state that you're doing a good job as a lead team member and staff member.

The main issue I have here is that not only a few weeks ago, you contacted a higher up staff on the SSRP team asking for their yes vote for Head Administrator because you were "probably going to resign" and wanted to fulfill your goal as reaching Head Admin. I feel that goals are good to set, but if we just gave people ranks for the sake of getting a rank or title, what would we be? Personally, I don't see why you'd be going for this position if you were only doing it for a goal and then going to resign shortly after.

Yesterday there was not many staff members on Server 1 at night, there was a lot of rulebreakers and F1s. The online staff were not enough so we had to step in and help. When I asked you to you refused saying you already have a high F1 count and want to RP because you're not getting enough time to RP. While you were roleplaying I had somewhat around 9 cops frozen on one roof dealing with them by myself. It's totally up to you but it kind of shows lack of dedication towards the server.

your always there helping me whenever i need it, and as a super admin i feel that you do a good job and deserve to be promoted to help others who need it in many other ways. I dont see any issue with you and personally i think you are the best choice for head admin.
