Firstly I'd like to state that you're doing a good job as a lead team member and staff member.
The main issue I have here is that not only a few weeks ago, you contacted a higher up staff on the SSRP team asking for their yes vote for Head Administrator because you were "probably going to resign" and wanted to fulfill your goal as reaching Head Admin. I feel that goals are good to set, but if we just gave people ranks for the sake of getting a rank or title, what would we be? Personally, I don't see why you'd be going for this position if you were only doing it for a goal and then going to resign shortly after.
Hi Morgan, I spoke to you over team speak about this and I hope we sorted it out baldy.

Yesterday there was not many staff members on Server 1 at night, there was a lot of rulebreakers and F1s. The online staff were not enough so we had to step in and help. When I asked you to you refused saying you already have a high F1 count and want to RP because you're not getting enough time to RP. While you were roleplaying I had somewhat around 9 cops frozen on one roof dealing with them by myself. It's totally up to you but it kind of shows lack of dedication towards the server.
Hi Roy, I also spoke to you on team speak and went over this and corrected you and I'm going to correct on here as well. The reason why I didn't help out at that time is because I already done many many f1's that day and helped out a lot and I wanted a break for a bit and to actually RP for once. I feel like you took this in the wrong way and you agreed on teamspeak. Also I thought you could handle it as there was only a few f1's and that me and a few other staff were helping out the whole day for like 6 or 7 hours. I hope this makes it clear for you to understand.
