Firstly I'd like to state that you're doing a good job as a lead team member and staff member.

The main issue I have here is that not only a few weeks ago, you contacted a higher up staff on the SSRP team asking for their yes vote for Head Administrator because you were "probably going to resign" and wanted to fulfill your goal as reaching Head Admin. I feel that goals are good to set, but if we just gave people ranks for the sake of getting a rank or title, what would we be? Personally, I don't see why you'd be going for this position if you were only doing it for a goal and then going to resign shortly after.
