Previously I was adamant on Onion not being given the rank however his recent behaviour shows me that he seems to have changed a bit for the better in regards to his level of maturity, on the other hand whether this level of maturity will be maintained in the future or simply dropped after a promotion is still an uncertainty for me and thus I cannot fully support this application. Likewise I also believe that there are other applicants who are currently more suited to the position and will likely do a better job. Some areas to work on could be patience in sits and rather than only listening to players during F1s it may be better for you to listen to players all the time ingame. What I mean by this is that constantly while ingame players will say "Onion!" or "Roy!" and the staff would just run away during rp, this discourages players from talking to staff and gives an bad look to the staff team even if your rping. So yeah thats my thoughts on some stuff, take what you will from it and I wish you the best of luck!
