Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: If he mic spams I would mute / gag them. If they continue after being ungagged/unmuted, I would warn and gag / mute them again.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Kick him or if its a big exploit and he continues to use it he will get banned

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: someone in the other team telling another guy where they hide

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have been admins on many games and im used to do admin related stuffs!

I'm unsure what your applying for as you have not specified what server in your prefix. You application is very poor and has no detail in it whatsoever. Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Kick him or if its a big exploit and he continues to use it he will get banned

What I would do is to tell him to stop that exploit and not just kick him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have been admins on many games and im used to do admin related stuffs! curently im an co-owner on a pretty big rolepley server in samp

Your application needs to be improved:
- If someone is spamming, you should gag/mute them first and then warn them if they continue once ungagged/unmuted, not the other way around
- You can't ban as a moderator
Edit that then your app is good (enough)!

SAMP isn't Garry's Mod just saying. Also The exploit part. You should not tell them to stop. You should slay them and warn them without hesitation.

Hello Odin,

I have a few minor issues with your application, which I will post here.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Kick him or if its a big exploit and he continues to use it he will get banned

Firstly you do not have acces to the ban command as a moderator. Secondly, a kick is a little harsh. Slay and warn them, depending on what kind of an exploit it is. If they do it repeatedly kick them and if they do it even more get an administrator to warn.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: someone in the other team telling another guy where they hide

Ghosting is giving information as a dead player to an alive player that may influence the end of the round. Usually someone from their own team is saying like "Oh, that guy is a cup on the fridge" or something similair. Note that you should also give an example scenario, something that you haven't done.

Anyways, your application could be improved but your activity is great. I also met you on Teamspeak yesterday, though you didn't talk too much. I'd love to see you on the staff team and I will probably vote for you this evening, depending on how many recent punishments you have!

I wrote what I would do. You might have different opinions. If he refuses or doesn't listen to me I will slay and warn him. Because there might be times where the player doesn't know he is exploiting.
