SAMP isn't Garry's Mod just saying. Also The exploit part. You should not tell them to stop. You should slay them and warn them without hesitation.

I wrote what I would do. You might have different opinions. If he refuses or doesn't listen to me I will slay and warn him. Because there might be times where the player doesn't know he is exploiting.
