Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Warn him then mute him if continued

You should mute him first and if he continues you should warn him!

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Kick him or if its a big exploit and he continues to use it he will get banned

What I would do is to tell him to stop that exploit and not just kick him.
