Dealing With Disrespectful People: I Would Talk To Them Calmly And If They Didn't Stop What They Were Doing I would Give Them A Verbal Warning. If they just would not be quite I would gag them and give them a warning. If they were spamming the chat I would tell them to stop and if they didn't I would mute them and give them a warning is well. E.g. If They Were Shouting Down The Mic I Would Ask Them Politely To Be A Little Quiter.
Why I Should Be Chosen: I Think I Should Be Chosen Because i will Deal With People What Are Not Playing On The Server Correctly And Help Others If They Need Help, Make No One Disrespect The Rules. I Would Teach People To Bhop If They Asked. I Would Also Treat People With Very Nice Manners And With Lots Of Respect Because Thats How Its Surposed To Be. I Would Make Sure Everyone Is Using The Correct Language Like No Bad Words/Swear Words. I Would Stand Out Because I Will Be Doing Everything Right What Is Surpose To Happen. I saw you ingame the other day and you were all caps raging a lot. I recommend changing your attitude unless I just caught you on a bad day in which you should try to control the rage a bit more. In my opinion the appeal looks really bad, no good layout and no good explanations. Your playing time is fine but can be improved as well. Try to learn more and be a bit more mature in your behavior, as im reading throughout the other reviews you act like a little kid. In the staff team we need serious people who know the rules well, but also who can explain the rules clearly to other people. In my opinion you should try again in a few weeks or so!
