I saw you ingame the other day and you were all caps raging a lot. I recommend changing your attitude unless I just caught you on a bad day in which you should try to control the rage a bit more. To improve your chances of getting staff you should try to improve in that area and also do the things to your application aforementioned by Wolfie.
