I have checked your application and this is my review:
In my opinion the appeal looks really bad, no good layout and no good explanations. Your playing time is fine but can be improved as well. Try to learn more and be a bit more mature in your behavior, as im reading throughout the other reviews you act like a little kid. In the staff team we need serious people who know the rules well, but also who can explain the rules clearly to other people. In my opinion you should try again in a few weeks or so!
