- What is Ghosting? and give an example.

Ghosting is the assisting of living runners when you are dead. Assisting them in any way such as Hinting/Giving Clues. For example, if there are two doors you will not be allowed to tell them which door to go through once you are dead.


- How would you deal with a disrespectful player?

Verbally warn them by asking them politely to "<name> please stop being disrespectful to other players/staff". If the problem continues a number of times after the verbal warning, then warn them in-game and !gag/!mute them depending on what form of communication they are using. Zarp Gaming servers are a place for people to come and enjoy playing games, meeting new people and making friends. Disrespecting/Bullying will not be tolerated in any way, this is for the benefit of the community.


- Why I should be chosen.

I love to play with this community, and would like to make it as enjoyable for everyone else as it has been for me. There are already so many great Moderators/Admins and I feel I would have a lot to contribute. I know the rules of the servers and would like to help my fellow Zarp players have a fair and enjoyable time while playing with us. Unfortunately i do not have a microphone as of now but am working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. However, I like to stay active among the other players through chat, I find it easy to make friends and make other people happy.

Although your application is at a lack of words, the key information is still there. For the disrespect question, you don't slay people for being disrespectful - you gag/mute them before warning depending on if they're speaking or typing. The application is in a strange state, try and keep it aligned to one place, not 3 places at once; here's a post which you could potentially benefit from: Click

Your activity on the other hand is decent, it could be better but as long as you keep it up until friday it should be fine, same goes for gametime. Try and aim for at least an hour a day following up to Friday - when the meeting takes place.

Your attitude in game is hard to determine due to the lack of communication you present, meaning you don't talk much so it's hard to tell whether you're nice, helpful or the oppposite. It's going to be hard for you to be a silent staff member so I'd recommend getting to know the community a little better and chatting with your fellow users and the staff members especially. This will also give you a better understanding of the rules and how to deal with situations.

Seeing someone before isn't a positive really, if you're posting on an application it's usually meant to be feedback - orientated, so you should be giving your reason(s) for plus supporting him.
