Although your application is at a lack of words, the key information is still there. For the disrespect question, you don't slay people for being disrespectful - you gag/mute them before warning depending on if they're speaking or typing. Your activity on the other hand is decent, it could be better but as long as you keep it up until friday it should be fine, same goes for gametime. Try and aim for at least an hour a day following up to Friday - when the meeting takes place.

Your attitude in game is hard to determine due to the lack of communication you present, meaning you don't talk much so it's hard to tell whether you're nice, helpful or the oppposite. It's going to be hard for you to be a silent staff member so I'd recommend getting to know the community a little better and chatting with your fellow users and the staff members especially.
