No One my friend! I know that unfortuntely I have one recent warning for RDA ;/ I was discussing with one friendly staff member but I didn't had enought proofs to proof my innocent. If I made a mistake It was 1st and the last mistake. Thanks for Your support

At ZARP, unless someone is EVIDENTLY and PLAINLY harassing someone, for example with false reports that dispute events that didn't even occur in an attempt to slander someone, this wouldn't happen.

Simply because someone misinterpreted something, or didn't understand why someone did something, and challenged it - it doesn't mean that they are in the wrong. As a matter of technicality, I can't identify any rule or term in which you could consider justifying an enactment of punishment for this reason.

I suggest that you change this.

Understand that the logs do not take into account the location of death. This is an essential factor when considering whether someone violated NLR or not.

Please consider how you would go about understanding a NLR report in some more detail, as you simply haven't come close to a full solution.

Dude, As I said I am honest man and I can explain it. So Let's Begin
1. Mutant throwed baits at me so I sunsticked he.
2. He didn't stop when I asked
3. I started to chace he throught whole map
4. I didn't give he wanted status because I didn't have time to stop for a moment
5. Stuff Member saw only end of action and didn't say eaven half of it
6. I get warned because I didn't give he wanted status.
I tried to explain it to Cozart but I didn't have proofs that hobo throwed baits -_- That's honestly it. It's my 1st and I hope last warning.

If you are right. I would call it a false warning.
If he didn't question you about it. Then he shouldn't have warned you. If he only saw half. He should need proof of you "RDA'ing" you. Thats atleast how I would handle the situation. Its a valid reason to arrest him for. You do not need to wanted him before arresting. You can arrest him as soon as you see him doing anything illegal. Like: Someone has a illegal out = Insta Arrest / KOS
You dont need proof. Only the person accusing you. If its a moderator he just takes action if he sees you doing it.
If you would have proof of this. I think you would have been unwarned.
