If he didn't question you about it. Then he shouldn't have warned you. If he only saw half. He should need proof of you "RDA'ing" you. Thats atleast how I would handle the situation. Its a valid reason to arrest him for. You do not need to wanted him before arresting. You can arrest him as soon as you see him doing anything illegal. Like: Someone has a illegal out = Insta Arrest / KOS
You dont need proof. Only the person accusing you. If its a moderator he just takes action if he sees you doing it.
If you would have proof of this. I think you would have been unwarned.
