How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
If a player is disrespectful i would ask them to stop and tell them that i will gag or mute them if they don't.
if they continue after that i would warn them, after 2 warns i would kick them and if they re join
and be disruptive I'll kick them.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I am active user of ZARP Gaming Deathrun server. A lot of people knows that Im polite, patient and active person. I really like this server and I would like to get chance as proud moderator of ZARP. I will not abuse my powers to make myself happy, opposite – I will make people happy because of professional help achieved from me. I have made some new great friends on this server, I will prefer to stand on it and moderate. I promise that I will protect people from being disrespected, bulled and trap-stealed.

It's a good application and you do seem like a nice guy but i play alot of Zarp DR and i haven't seen you once on the server...
Also Moderators can't Ban
Since i haven't seen you once i can't really decide if you are suitable for the Moderator position

Edit: I spoke with Morgan Of Freeman's and Captain Yolo they said they haven't seen you help someone at all and on other servers you break rules "[Z] Morgan Of Freemans: Immature, breaks Rules, and I dont think he could do it." So it doesn't change my answer.

Dude i play Deathrun today i play with Captain Yolo

Your application does meet the the expectations but non of the staff have seen you on the server at all. I know this because some of the staff members were asked and they said that they have not seen you on the server. Also just because you played today with CaptainYolo doesn't mean that you have been playing on the server for a while.

I play often but not a Staff or what ever see me this is fail ....

According to gametracker, you played 2 hours in total. Dunno if its bugged but many people didnt saw you once on the server..
