How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
If a player is disrespectful i would ask them to stop and tell them that i will gag or mute them if they don't.
if they continue after that i would warn them, after 2 warns i would kick them and if they re join
and be disruptive I'll kick them.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 50 words).
I am active user of ZARP Gaming Deathrun server. A lot of people knows that Im polite, patient and active person. I really like this server and I would like to get chance as proud moderator of ZARP. I will not abuse my powers to make myself happy, opposite – I will make people happy because of professional help achieved from me. I have made some new great friends on this server, I will prefer to stand on it and moderate. I promise that I will protect people from being disrespected, bulled and trap-stealed.
