It's a good application and you do seem like a nice guy but i play alot of Zarp DR and i haven't seen you once on the server...
Also Moderators can't Ban
Since i haven't seen you once i can't really decide if you are suitable for the Moderator position

Edit: I spoke with Morgan Of Freeman's and Captain Yolo they said they haven't seen you help someone at all and on other servers you break rules "[Z] Morgan Of Freemans: Immature, breaks Rules, and I dont think he could do it." So it doesn't change my answer.
