Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
i'll start by telling them to spectate me, after doing so ill slowly show them how to bhop : hold w and then hold space, unhold w and the moment you press a turn left with your mouse, when you press d turn right with your mouse, repeat slowly until he understands the basics then i will tell him to do so in practice or unreal mode, and in case he still doesn't understand i'll provide him a video explaining how to bhop

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
verbally warn him once, if he does it again ill mute him for 10 mins, if he does it ill give him a warn and if he keeps going at it i'll contact an admin to come deal with him

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: depends on how sever he exploits. either warn him or report it to an admin

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
i've been playing on this server since 2015/2016. i login on daily basis and play ~30Hours per 2 weeks. many staff members and players knows me. i also help any new player who doesnt understand how to bhop when staff are offline. i spend alot of time on the server because it makes me relax so why not watch over it while at it. i also have been a moderator couple years ago and got revoked after taking a few months break.

Thanks for the application. I think something I'd need to see from you is a consistent period of prolonged positive play. Your rap sheet is long and recently (about a month ago) I banned you for a week for racism. For me to genuinely consider you as a potential staff candidate I would want to be confident that this kind of behavior is behind you and that you can act in a mature manner consistently on the server.
Secondly I think the explanation around exploiting needs a bit more information.
Hope to see a noticeable difference from you on the server in the future!

Smile is an interesting character. On one hand he's very nice and will help out players on the server, he also makes for interesting conversations!

On the other hand he's had a bit of a bad past with multiple bans throughout his time on the bhop server.

I believe that everyone deserves a second chance and I feel that this is a good opportunity for Smile to prove that he's not an edgy bhopper. Good luck!
