That punishment is no longer valid as it was more than two weeks ago you stated, but it's still pretty recent in actual terms so I fully understand where you're coming from but whenever I've been on bhop thus far and seen smile on they've been extremely nice to me and other players, I've also seen them teaching new players how to hit PB's/WRs on certain maps so they're clearly motivated and such to get staff they're attitude has changed immensely compared to what you said they were like previously.
