Thanks for the application. I think something I'd need to see from you is a consistent period of prolonged positive play. Your rap sheet is long and recently (about a month ago) I banned you for a week for racism. For me to genuinely consider you as a potential staff candidate I would want to be confident that this kind of behavior is behind you and that you can act in a mature manner consistently on the server.
Secondly I think the explanation around exploiting needs a bit more information.
Hope to see a noticeable difference from you on the server in the future!
